the solution to big tummy is not tummy tucks as the other collegue has said. This is because this has killed a lot of people and more so it is expensive. If u really want to reduce your stomach then: drink enough water, take regular excercise that at least makes you sweat, eat fruits voraciously, have your rest and reduce as mch carbonated drinks as much as possible cos this will worsen your case. for more info call me at 08085740960. bye and take care of urself

Too much carbohydrates in Naija Food (Eba, Pounded Yam, Amala, Fufu, Rice) everyday  - Reduce your Carbs (Be creative with your meals) - Your Meal should be 70% Fruits - Do exercises that make you sweat (Jogging & Sex) - Please don't jog on the express oh!!. hi, @posters, I have heard that even the smallest change in your diet can do a world of good, even more than exercise. If you can simply eat less and more healthily, you will see a positive change in no time, without the stress of rigorous exercise. That can come later when your healthy eating has made you fitter, with more stamina. A little self-control is really all you need to resist all those fatty foods.

I would suggest you give up on carbs completely for a while.
your latest meal should be at 7pm. when your body gets adjusted to that time, reduce it to 6pm
try jogging EVERYDAY (that helps u loose weight and tummy faster). if you think its boring, carry along with you, an mp3 player with all your favourite songs and listen while you jog. that will make it interesting.
do not listen to anyone that tells u about a surgery. there is a 50 50 chance of you living after it. do all these and look at yoursef after 3months
