What Can I Do To It

My brother took my phone one day and started playing wih it without my acknowledgement later to now find out that my phone is now asking for puk code which i couldnot supply because my sim park got missing while we were relocating to our permanent residence i called mtn hotline all to no avail i reached them again through their feedback stuff for about five times each logging my complain there was no response so i had to give my sim card to a GSM operator who later came back to me that my phone now displays sim card rejected,
