Masters In Petroleum Engineering.help!

Hi guys,

i aint really a new comer,but had to come to this forum(Travel) because of my Cousin.He wants to go 4 his masters by next yr,may/june,in US.please i would really appreciate it if i can get all the neccessary information for him.he wants to study Petroleum Engineering.

he wants to know these;
1. the cheapest school offering Petroleum Engineeing
2.cost of living there(accommodation)probably in or outside the campus
3.If there is any concrete scholarship to help him with fees(he finished with a 2:1)about 3.62/5.0
and any other useful info.
