Obasanjo Should Dissolve EFCC Before His Term Ends

I'm not sayin' this as per now, but its for what wuld happen in the future. If EFCC continues after OBJ has left the office, you would see Ribadu coming after him, and i guess if the President is wise he shuld dissolve EFCC before his term ends.  But even if he does it, IBB would come after him!
