Geezmy friends and I joke about when a tall guy marries a short girlit's like they take away from our options! It's just a joke though, people can marry who they want, it's not like I knew them before anyways lol.

First off i want to say hi to everyone am a newbie here. And i just can't believe what am reading i dint even know why did this topic reach this far. I'M 5'9 TALL my hubby is 6'1 and boy does he love him some tall woman. Everyday he wish that i was 6'5 or taller lol. Whoever putting down tall females if tall females were not important why 99% of the runway models or 5'9 and up? ?? How many 5'6 are 5'5 models or out there?. And for the Guy/Girl who said tall girls hunches and body is not in good shape thats a lie. I have 2 kids 6 and 13 and everyday i jog do sit-ups and keep my body in goo shape  |

im 5'10 and i love it. i stand out, which is good cause i love being the center of attention. my height is something i can't change so ive learned to embrace it. people tell me all the time "you should be a model" "you should be on the basketball team" though hearing this gets old, its a reminder to me that being tall is desirable. people judge you on how you carry youself. if you feel awkward with your height, tall or shott, others around you will be aware of it. i receive compliments on my legs all time. to me, being tall is beautiful and different. rarely do the most famous supermodels stand below 5'9- heidi, tyra, gisele, alessandra. also, girls with taller statures tend to have more desirable figures and carry their weigh better, they can gain 10 pounds without anyone noticeing. if girls tease you for your height that just shows how jealous and imature they are. and if a guy doesnt want to date you beacuse your taller than he is, it only shows his lack of confidance. there are alot of guys out there who love tall girls-- and he'll find you eventually |

It's kind of sad how guys make the assumption that all tall girls are tough. I'm 5"11 and afraid to hurt anybody. I'm harmless *tear*.

When you meet the lovely parents. Where do you think they get their tallness from!? My dad's 6"8.
