Bpel Help Urgent. Oracle Bpel Process Manager

i need real help here. i am using Oracle BPEL Process Manager. i have problems with callbacks. i initiated and instance and got an audit report which says  [Skipped callback "onResult" on partner "client"]. The last activity is an invoke activity which is supposed to be a callback to the client. i Really want to understand WS Adressing and web service callbacks
