Non-communicating Cousins
« on: March 04, 2006, 10:10 PM »

OK, so I emailed two of my cousins (they're brother & sister) about a week and a half ago and they have yet to respond??? what should I think about this? I've never emailed them before since I was formerly not as family orientated as I am now but my elder sister emails both and they respond to her whenever she emails them. Also, my girl cousin once wrote me a letter and let's just say my response was derelict.

So what do you think I can conclude from their non-communciado attitude?

Why don't you call them and ask them?  Nigerians don't take email very seriously and they might not even check their inboxes often.

you very well may be right. i hadnt thought of that. however, they live in a part of the country w/ bad phone connections.  Undecided it's like you call and sometimes a voice says it's not a number (but it really is) b/c of whatever reason & sometimes you get t/o and they're not there, etc.

but i will try your suggestion. thanks
