Creative Pc Cam Camera Problem

hello,

i have a digital camera-a Creative PC CAM  Slim. one day,i switched the batteries in it and it essentially stopped working. I have absolutely no idea how to fix it. does anyone know any reliable repairers of digital cameras? would appreciate any links.Thanks.
