@Jerry ,  I guess that is how you were raised to address people you do not know, especially when you do not even understand the real circumstance. So I will not fault you for your manners but look to those who raised you for the answers. There are people out there, decent Nigerians who are trying to run a business. If you go out to other sites, forums and all, you will find that networking can get you to a point where you post in chat rooms and forums to get people to do business with you and your small set up. Now if you decide to right ALL persons off as frauds do you think you are a better person yourself?? People like you are quick to point accusing fingers before investigating and yet it is still people like you who tho actual fraudsters get at, why ?? cause they realize that those who are ruled by their fears are the best targets.

Like I said if the man is for real, let him land. I am sure there are fraudsters out there but did it ever occur to you that maybe he is  just decent person trying to sell his ware? or better still he may actually be telling the truth since none of you so far has been able to produce information to PROVE otherwise??

If you can not tell the difference between an opinion and a factual conclusion, then you really have nothing but the same old I have written of to off here @backnbeta,  Don't you read,  just cause you have all that list there which somehow make sense to you DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE FACT ,  it simply means you have an opinon which you have concluded on based on the limited you are willing to allow yourself. But get this,  when it comes to actual factual, you have not offered any proof for your claim and hence you are just another person putting the man down based on what YOU THINK and not what IS.

Let me break your points down this way ,  incase you have not really lived in the real world, 

1) I own my own business,  I am secretary and all,  or was until recently ,   
2) I do business with people I KNOW are at least able to read contracts and know where to sign or not to sign.
3) I am currently building my website,  you can not google my company name unless I give you the FEDERAL ID where you can check the IRS website or call to confirm that it is a legit business that has been in operation since june 2005.
4) I have NEVER MET ANY ONE of my suppliers,  I got information about and from my suppliers by email and fax and I still do business with them that way, not even by phone. My Current client is in NY, never met me before,  sent me work by email and when I am done, I will send her back finished work by email. I only spoke to her once and that is all.
5) Do you defend the integrity of a company when all those who are yapping are not willing to learn anything about the company but are QUICK to cut down in FEAR?? If that were me, I would just let you guys ramble on till you get tired and move on to bark some place else.
6) Conclusively,  you have just proved that you know nothing more about this than what your mind can deal with, 


I still say if you do not want to do business with him or have much to do,  why not go someplace else instead of continuing to bark in here ,  What happened to adults spending their time wisely ?? if you think he is a fraudster, move on and let those who do not believe as you do take advantage of what he has to offer as they will. Do you feel the need to poo poo this to the end and reach no where??  I am going to guess that regardless of your WHININGS ,  some people have actually gone ahead and emailed the guy, and gone one with their own lives,

Well,  I am glad that you finally concede that maybe it is your way of seeing things that is the issue here. I have been down the same road you are trying to push this man. I remember when I first started my business, even my own friends said things like I was in the fraud business cause of some ill issues they had with the word NIGERIA and business. I am doing really good now and they seem to think it is ok to do business with me now and you know how Karma goes.

If you do not like the man, let him be and move on with your own ,  no need bad mouthing another person and justifying your behaviour cause you can not seem to get over the fear of you being swindled.

Kobojunjie, contracts are not carried out the way this guys did. obviously they are fraudsters bcause i can't imagine the confidential bearing the same name with the company. i guess it is more than just a coincidence. In case you want to be contractor in future please be very careful because you sound like someone that can be easily duped.
