If I were to open a Chinese restaurant in Naija, are supplies easy to get? I am talking about traditional chinese ingridents such as soy sauce, hoisin sauce etc. Any info would be appreciated.

u get chinese seaasonings from supermarkets eg osata in ikeja, shoprite in lekki and park and shop in vi.
don't know if you can get their traditional vegetables fresh, however the above stores have the tinned ones
eg bamboo shoots and young corn etc.

you folks should please keep away from chinese products.
Here in the USA their toys and various foods,even tires sef have been taken off the shelf.
If they can import tainted dog food andchildren's toys laced with lead into the USA,you can't imagine how far they'll go in Nigeria.
Chinese hate black folks with a passion.
Keep away from indomie and the rest of them before we begin dying like chicken.

I wonder why our government has opened the doors wide open to a communist nation like China to come in and infiltrate every nook and corner knowing how stupid our people can get when they see white skin.

babyo indomie and co are made in naija now, in Ogun and P/H  The truth is that the Chinese are too much, them just plenty for everywhere.  like ants on sugar Chinese are not that bad, we should just take care that they don't take more from the country than they get from it. |
