I woke up this morning, read the [digital] papers and let out a big smile
Why?!! This article titled

This is a new foreign policy called “Citizenship Diplo-macy” unfolded by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
It is geared towards “protecting” the image and integrity of Nigeria and retaliates against countries who are hostile and who brand Nigeria as “corrupt”.
I smell change for Nigeria and it smells very sweet. I just hope our government means it and declares 'bad press nations' HOSTILE!
