Is it true that Nigerians answer questions with questions?

I guess the sort of responses the OP wants to hear is : I am currently with XX ISP and I paid NXX for the connection and NX every month. The whole connection setup was installed by XX. This allows me access to the internet at XX periods. My internet speed is XX and the downtimes are XX. I'm satisfied/dissatisfied/thinking of changing to XX because XX.

luvlawyer,  cheers and goodluck with your internet acquisition!

But then again, luvlawyer, there have been similar threads to this in the past and you could get quicker responses by just using the search tool at the bottom of the page. Cheers and goodluck with your internet acquisition!
