I was just wondering why are they deliberately delaying the league after wasting two seasons playing a silly format that doesn't help the local game.

Some Nigerians are just amazing, I just wonder what someone will gain by delaying the start of the league.
I thought they wanted to run the thing like the premeirship? our people can F up?
