My guy, let me not lie to u. choose the one with highest pay which i think is chevron. would u rather go with a career and get 50k when u have a job that will give u 200k? (just an example) let me ask u something, what will u do in this case.
u studied accounting, u have 2 jobs akintola delliot 70k per month, Glo customer service 200k per mth please which will u choose? AS FOR ME ITS ALL about THE BENJAMINS once i have it i can use the money to get professional ceritificates in my career.

Hi. If u really want a challenging career, none of them 'will' give u that.
ETB is the least stimulating; routine work is boring, yet it's not as if it gives u time to pursue other interests like personal hobbies, higher academic qualifications etc
Oando? Depending on ur field, may be challenging or not. In Naija, if u r not in the department where the real things happen (Engineering) in the oil and gas u will not acquire real marketable experience.
CHEVRON? Like someone said, it will look good on ur CV. U will have time to pursue your personal interests; if u r serious, u will gain some real experience, u will have more money [2 (1)give 2 relations - ha ha, (2)pursue a Masters Program abroad - all masters prog. in Naija are rubbish, (3)spend ur vacations abroad etc], even be trained free of charge by ur organisation; you will definitely be very marketable at home and abroad (hopefully). And you'll be in a different envir with possibility of international exposure.
Look at it this way; once u surmount any challenge, u look for another challenge; not so? If you really want a challenging career places like KPMG, PWC, VLA etc these may not pay as much but in these places your progression/promotion depends on you; your productivity.
So truthfully none of the offers u have is challenging (I KNOW) so why don't u go for the one with the highest pay, nicer work hours and employee benefits? Which is CHEVRON.
I wish you the best.

First of all, do you have job offers from all three companies? If yes then take Chevron. Everyone's saying think about your career path, but I think otherwise. I read computer science and i'm working as a drilling engineer and loving it. Chevron WILL give you a more satisfying all round career than any of the other two. Whether you are an engineer, accountant, IT specialist, or whatever, you'll definitely get a good career in Chevron. Then there's the money!!! I'd choose 200k over a "career" in Nigeria. Get the money, be focused, plan for your future, get certifications, get the career of your dreams afterwards.

Much has been suggested to you and some previous Contributors explained in details but for me I will suggest that you go Chevron if they have offered you the appointment already. Above all, don't forget to seek the face of God as He is the only one who sees beyond us. All the best to you.

Do you have the offers or you are simply dreaming because how can you compare Chevron with all those organisations. If you have the offers go for Chevron if you are thinking about career go and accept a teaching job in a public primary school and give me the Chevron job I swear we would be friends for ever. I can't beleive someone is asking about Chevron jobs or did they offer you the post of a security man there?
