How Do U Stop Smoking Weed?

hey my name's youngdice am 18 and am addicted to smoking weed,my lips star getting a little dark,and am afraid that my teeth might star getting brown i try to stop it but it never works,can someone help me please?

Its so difficult my brother,Just try to reduce the rate at which you smoke it that will be a great way to kick of.Say one Jumbo a day will be ok nothing more or less.
