China Cracks Down On One-child Violators
« on: September 14, 2007, 04:58 PM »

BEIJING - Urban Chinese who have more than one child will get a black mark on their credit record, the government said, in a scheme that appeared to target newly rich couples undeterred by fines from having extra children.

How amazing a government can tell people how many kids they can have regardless of how wealthy they might be.  I wonder if this kind of regulation will work in Nigeria since we are so diverse in culture.

Isn't that a better choice than the lab-cultured HIV as a tool for keeping down world population.

I don't think so. if the have 20% of the world population.  imagine how fast they are spreading.  Limiting them to one child per family does not mean they wont be having sex.

The government of China isn't a democracy.  They don't particularly care about our opinions, I'm sure.
