I Need One Bedroom Flat In Ibadan (urgent)

Hello everyone,
                        My sister just completed her NCE and she want to relocate to Ibadan due to high cost of living here in Abuja.Unfortunately,the only family friend that we have over there just died recently.Hence,the task now becomes a defficult one.Therefore,I will greatly appreciate anyone who could help us out with one bedroom flat in a conducive environment at a price affordable by an average Nigerian.Thanks.
