Widescreen 13", 15" And 17"

I am guessing you are refering to WideScreen LCD screens. Definitely a 19 inch is better. Better still a 19 inch with DVI. Way better as it gives you great image for your graphic card, doubles as TV and also looks really cool. I own two of those and I would never go for anything less. I am sure you can get a cool 19 inch widescreen for less than N26000. It is well worth it too. If you want to spend the money, you might as well go for one that three years from now,  you will still like having and not feel left behind in the technology race.
