Nahco Public Offer To Buy Or Not ?
« on: September 15, 2007, 11:31 PM »

Hi,

NAHCO PO is out ,am just wondering  if this is a good buy or not ?

Does anyone have any speculation about NAHCO.?

I am aware they enjoy a monopoly at the moment with air  handling ,but AirService Limited seems to be catching up with them ?

Any advise before i invest my saving in it .

Nahco is into ground handling of luggage. Air services does catering.
They are somewhat independent.

Air services is artificially high now: there is a daily restriction of 10,000 shares per day

Nahco seems a good buy. Check cashcraft for the price history

Thanks Guys for the advise.

However does anyone know who to buy the right issue ?

I have downloaded the prospectus  for the PO but the right issue seems to be missing out .

Kindly advise as i will be saving some money by buying the right issue.

You should  receive an application form by mail
letting you know how many units you have and how many units you will be able to buy.

So maybe go check your po box or wait a little bit longer for the mail

Atilla,

Can one have two brokers without having to transfer my shares from one to the other? How would this affect my CSCS number?

Yes Atilia

You can surely have 2 or more brokers .

CSCS numbers are percuilar to each broker for their client .

I will say don't put all our eggs in 1 basket .  Wink Wink

I will go and check m mail for the right offer but what if it is not there ,an other way out ?

Nigeria postal system is not effective at all.

Does it matter if I used the alpha numerics or the numeric numbers for my CSCS no: i heard they are both unique for an individual.

@ atilla

the Nahco and Dangote forms said no printed signature is allowed: does this imply that i can't use a scanned copy?

To Nigerians in UK: what is the fastest way (moderate price) to send letters to nigeria?

Cheers

Yes i used to have 15000 units but i sold it  two weeks ago because i needed money .

My broker assure me i am still qualified for the right issue ,just that i don't have a letter yet ?

I might end up just buying the PO instead.
