Looking For Someone

Hello All,
    I am looking for someone whom I would like to contact. His name is Engineer William Edemidiong(Senior). He is a Civil Engineer not Petroleum Engineer. He may have recently bagged a chieftaincy title in Akwa Ibom State. If anyone can give me any contact information for him, I will be more than glad. I can be reached at iny8585@hotmail.com
