Big breasts, you say! So what's the big deal?
Everyday, more and more women ask themselves if they should get breast implants, so they can keep their men happy, or attract other men. Does a woman with larger breasts actually attract a man more than a woman with small breasts does?
What about the nipples, small or large? Lets have your views!

Lets face it Monsignor Reverend, one of the primary distinguishing characterisitics of the female gender is the presence of breasts. If she ain't got none she starts looking a bit too male or a bit too pre-pubescent, which would be a turn-off for most men.
Regarding breast size, there occurs a point of diminishing returns as size increases, and the break-point comes when breast size reaches 38 D. After that point the breasts will sag depressingly unless rigid and un-naturally hard silicone implants are used in place of the far safer saline solution-filled implants that are more widely available.
Too much of a good thing is NOT good, and so for me nothing beats a pair of full, firm 36C or 36D sized breasts which still posess an adequate modulus of elasticity such that the nipples point upward and outward rather than downward. If it takes implants to acheive the fullness, suppleness, eye-popping bounciness and gravity defiance that drives men crazy, then so be it, for there is nothing more uninspiring to see or own than a pair of deflated, OLD looking dugs.
From a tactile standpoint, naturally firm and erect breasts are infinitely more supple, resilient and exciting to the touch than any man-made implant could ever be. The proof is in the groping.
