Let's consider this:  Supposedly, the men of India are somewhat "smaller" than most.  IF this so-called theory were true, why are there about a billion people in India?  Seems these "small" men must be doing something with them!

Let's consider China, whose men are, supposedly, less than amply endowed.  Well over a billion people in that country.   Again, the "theory" is disproved.

These two countries are supposedly home to the "smallest" men on the planet, but these two countries, alone, account for about a quarter of the world's population.
