Not Getting Some Channels on My HiTV Tuner

i recently subscribed to hitv satelite package in osun state nigeria and i paid one year subsription but i don't get some channels like Nigezie, Hi Mix,Nickelodeon,Hi Sports2,MTV Base,Hi Sports but i get: BBC World, E! Entertainment, God TV,Hi Soccer,Hi Kids, Hi Life, Sky News, Eurosport News.i want to know maybe i don't get this channels bacause of faulty installation or that this are the only channels available on the satellite package(BBC World, E! Entertainment, God TV,Hi Soccer,Hi Kids, Hi Life, Sky News, Eurosport News).please i need urgent reply from hitv users here in nairaland.thank you

its not the installation. were you not told before you bought it the channels that were not all available for now?
the situation is that the channels are loaded from time to time its the same everywhere only for those on terrestial package which is for lagos only. hope i have answered your question.

Nickelodeon has also been added to the satellite package some days ago, so u can try to rescan your decoder.
