It will be a very tight and tougher second round for Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea. They will augment their squad I believe to win as soon as the transfer win is opened but the title belongs to Man city or Arsenal. Arsenal will pressure the rest of the team but they might not have the strength to finish but if they do by buying more players they will win it.
