Please Help Me In Downloading Bible, Dictionary File Onto Psp

Hi landers,
I have been trying to get an electronic bible on my PSP and as well a dictionary, I'd like you guys to give me the link where I can download it and how to use it I mean like which folder to paste it in.

Secondly is there anyway I can browse on a standard PC, save some important web pages, transfer the page to my PSP and later view it offline without the PSP being connected online and I need tutorials on how to go about it.

Please try and help if you can.
