I feel you, but i avoid Enya when its a sulky mood, in that mood i listen to songs i don't understand the lyrics so i start to guess what in the world the artist is talking about mostly songs from Mali and Guinea, that way my mind sways away from the sulky mood. |

Music. Can't do without it. It actually does have a great effect. Nothing new to say other than it has kept me going at times when I felt totally lost.
A very great Panecea for mood swings. Try Gospel has a healing effect, lets you know that you're not alone
Rock, Very deep and has a lotta insight. Can lift you moods and can sometimes tell you exactly the way you're feeling
Rap rather on the shallow side(not all the time though) but just gives you Hippy feeling. little Jon: I'm sure you catch my drift
Westlife and the likes. Have always avoided this lot. Hate mushy stuff. but then I realized it gives valuable material and can make one cry(I've seen it 1 time too many)
