Diamond Bank Plc

What do you think about getting Job in Diamond Bank PLC.  Someone told me that their staff are highly demotivated.

Reall? .   Please I need more advise b4 I take up their appointment.

my dear BTreasure u said it all, I THINK HER SISTER WORKS UNDER A BRANCH WHERE THERES SO MUCH PRESSURE, as for me. diamond is a good bankkk,  i do access a bank from the looks of their staff and security men at the gate, the staff there are always cheerful and always say thank u, and is always ready to attend to u, unlike in banks like UBA where a staff can even shout at customers, To me, if a staff is cheerful then the managemnet is good and the bank good too, atleast i can identify false smile or cheerfulness when i see one,
