This might interest football fans especially Gunner fans. During the 1st leg of the Champs League match at the Bernabeu, Florentino Perez in probably the last significant thing he did before resigning negotiated for Real Madrid to have the first option rights on Cesc Fabregas and Ashley Cole.
For the uninitiated, a first option clause means that whenever Arsenal want to sell any of these players, Real Madrid will be the first club that they will turn to. In other words, it will be left to Real to decide whether they want to buy or not. It is similar to the deal that was made with Sao Paulo on Cicinho. A fee, usually about 10% of the final transfer fee is paid upfront. The interesting about it is that the future fee is agreed upon by both parties nad from wetin idey hear, the transfer fee for fabregas has been agreed for 15million pounds. The young man will surely go places.

The guy is good, the first time i watch him played, way back in either 2002 or 2003, I knew he would go places. Wenger sure know how to catch them young, not like some coaches that depend solely on fully baked players. I did not mention Mourinho, so chelsea fans should not sue me or called me a 'voyeur'
