if you don't want to go all technical, just use mild soap and water. use mosturizer that don't have such a heavy oily reside because that can cause more pimples. i know this might sound crazy. but when you go to bed, put toothpaste on the spots and sleep with it. what it does is dry up the pimple, making it reduce in size. all these face gadgets with toner and this and that is not necessary especially if you don't want to spend so much money. sometimes they don't' even work or cause more pimples to appear.

I am very greatful to everyone that has contribute. This is really brotherly Love. Nigeria is good ohh!
I have started all the therapy suggested in forum beginning with:
1. Drinking too much water, whether I an thirsty or not.
2. Eating more of fruits and vegetable.
3. visiting nairaland to ease off the stress
4. washing my face at least twice a day with cold water and mild soap
5. not applying any cream on my face, only white powder when i am going out.
6. No heavy make-up
7. trying to smile even when there is no need for that.
8. having enough rest and sleep.
9. resisting to plug or press my face all the time
10. looking up my face on the mirror every 5mins for improvement.

I am scared of trying the following: using Sperm, urine, saliva, regular sex, cleanser and toner. Please, has anyone in the house tried those ones? please tell me if they really work.
I think I should stick to the above 10 steps for now.

I am even surprised that guys in the house knows the solutions, even Seun.

Thank you all. You all are wonderful.
promise to get back when the pimples have disappeared or relocated to desert.

hi,
i was once like u, there is nothing i didn't do,

1. do a skin test and know the type of skin u have. what might work 4 me may not work for you.

am dark in complexion and i use TEN O SIX soap, which is very good 4 me

u may also try it but know that our skin type may be different.

don't use anything harsh on your face else u will burn it,your colour might change or even increase the pimples
                                 goodluck

@Ufobabe,
Thanks for your suggestion. I ve tested my skin, I am fair in complexion wish an Oily Skin especially my face. I always avoid oily foods, oily soap or cream.
I am using Fair and white (so white, pink color pack) soap and Clear essence as body cream, but I ve never applied cream on my face, and I apply cream only in the morning.

@all
Do u think that this my  soap and cream combination is o.k?
Or is there anybody in the house to recommend a good soap and matching body cream for me even Powder color?

Good suggestions will be accepted. Remember, Oily Skin and fair complexioned.
Cost is not an issue.
Thank you all for your nice contributions.

Eat a better diet ,  try to add more vegetables and fruits to your diet.  Try to watch for when it gets worse, it could be you are allergic to something you keep coming in contact with. Drink more water and if possible, since many of those creams have not worked much, Stay away from them for a while and see what happens.

Sometimes our body is simply trying to tell us something but we panic and add more misery when we jump to use drugs that we might even be allergic to. Like take a month off the creams and special soaps and focus on better diet and more water and watch for what it is that makes it get worse.

wash your face just twice a day, in the morning &  before you go to bed with a good soap / cleanser & stick with a product , don't go changing your cleanser/soap
make sure your pillow is always clean because of the dirt that might be trapped in the pillow might get to your face
drink loads of water & don't eat too much  oily food & sugary food

This is for the dude that has Eczema. There is a cream called "Daktacort" (or is it Dactakort - not so sure of the spelling now) it works VERY well for most skin irritations and/or infections. You might want to try it out.

I hope it works for you though.

Good luck pal and have a great day  Wink

Some people have pimples because the blood in their body system is dirty and can be cleansed by taking vitamin b-complex and folic acid that should help a little bit or go to an hospital and tell them you want to clean your blood.

cosmetics products works.
speaking from experience.my sister has the worst kind of acne/pimples i have ever seen.she even had to go to the hospital several times and had to be placed on antibiotics.but since she started using 'clean and clear' range of cosmetics products viola her face has became as smooth as a baby's.she uses buff puff a facial foam in scrubing her face .the most important thing about using cosmetic products is consistency.these beauty products like the facial soap, the facial srubs, cleansers, and mosturiser must be used alongside each other.they clean deeply into the skin and open up all the pores in the skin thereby controlling oil and fighting the bacteria that causes these pimples.though there are quite expensive ,but there are worth it afterall it is said that it is the face that has a woman.what the heck try them.
