most state universities are huge. well, by my standard you a really good citizen o  that's very good. but seriously unless you're doing something tacky ie. using it for business etc no one will touch u even if they can trace it to u. one "u" is very insignificant in a huge school lol |

@fl gator,if u wanna get good n virus free downloads.use d code,dat way no one will disturb u 4 downloadin stuvs as long as u dont download p*rn,because it gives u a direct link download n its even mor faster.All p2p client suck so much of bandwidth n u even need the file to have mor seeders for it to download fast n -in some cases- complete.

I think p2ps like ares and limewire are easier since i'm not used to this method but it's still helpful i guess. do u usually download music or movies or both? |

I only download music so I use free music zilla. basically you download this software and start it.
go to any website that plays music or has music files and the software will automatically detect it and mark it up for download.
pandora,imeem, esnips etc
My school has blocked all of those!  And Ares never connects, it just says "connecting" forever and ever. |

eg
you can enter relapse for eminiems album for instance
if its fairly new music, you may have to try 10 or more links, as the music companies also watch out for uploads of their content
you should see a list of rapidshare links
filestube is best because you can usually find a link to the original forum . this may be importanat because typically files uploaded to rapidshare are compressed in rar or zip format, and sometimes passworded. you need the original forum where the download link was if you want the password. i have vybe (1996) old album , but i cannot find the password. its in a folder called transit, waiting for the day when i may find it. . .
also, its best if you have a rapidshare account. . .
