Way 4wards For The Nairaland Party!

Enough said peoplez. i beleive we can really pull it off if we stop all the talking and discuss Ideas instead. Enough ahve been said already now time 4 some action.

Suggestions.

1. the Administrator Seun Should open a bank account in Nairaland's Name  preferably GTB as they have excellent e-banking services.

2.The Bank Account No. should be made available to Nairaland Members to faciltate payment for their tickets. Once A Fee is Agreed Upon

3. Nairaland Members are to pay their ticket fee into  the account using their names and Nairaland User names.

4. The Administrator would then receieve an email and SMS notification of the payment. Consequently he will forward an e-ticket to the user containing his Batch no.,Event Venue , Time and Date which would be fixed by committee members.

5.A Planning committee would be formed to plan logistics for the event. Planning Committee members are to be paid out of the funds received to serve as an incentive to make them committed to working towards the overall goals.

6. Corporate bodies wiil be approached to sponsor the event which they would be glad too if they see our seriousness and cash that have been raised

7. Nigerians in Diaspora too are to meet and plan something Similar to the above steps Suggestively an adhoc administrator to be appointed by seun In each location to serve as facilitator for the process in their respective localities.

8. The Ticket's should be designed probably as a PDF file and security features must be included.

9. Committes would agree on dress code, event location, time and date for the event and other logistics.
