MEAT 2.FISH 3.STOCK FISH 4.PALM OIL 5.OKAZI LEAVES(GROUNDED) 6.CUBES OF MAGGI 7.SNAIL 8.ONION 9.ROASTED BUSH MEAT 10.OFOR(SOUP THICKER) 11.CRAYFISH 12.PERIWINKLE 13.EGUSI (MELON GROUNDED) 14.PEPPER 15.SALT PROCEDURE 1. STEAM THE FISH,MEAT,BUSH MEAT,STOCK FISH 4 ABOUT 15 MIN. WITH THE QUANTITY OF WATER U WANT TO COOK WITH ADD SALT. 2.AFTER THAT USE THE PALM OIL TO FRY MELON WITH BULB OF ONION,MAGGI,SALT,PEPPER,GROUNDED CRAYFISH(USING A BIG POT) 3.POUR WHAT U HAVE STEAMED INTO THE FRIED POT OF MELON. 4.ALLOW IT TO BOIL 4 SOME MIN.(20) 5.CUT THE TAIL OF THE PERIWINKLE,AND WASH PROPERLY 6.POUR IT INSIDE THE BOILING POT(PERIWINKLE) 7. PUT IN THE OFOR(SOUP THICKENER, OKAZI LEAVES ETC) 8.ADD LITTLE SALT AGAIN TO UR TASTE 9.FOOD IS READY. LASTLY DON'T FORGET TO INVITE ME TO UR TABLE |
