Food Timetable

A weekly assignment!  Gets easier now since it is mainly a rotational process now.  Don't have to think much about it. Can't do without it.

Actually it is difficult, more expensive and time consuming to stick to a strictly Nigerian schedule. Can't afford that.  Not much room for variety of salads, fruits and vegetables on the strictly Nigerian menu.  Like variety especially for kids who are not into the Nigerian menu.  Can't force them!
