With the global move towards efficient use of oil and other petroleum products, the move by major car makers to manufacture cars that are fuel efficient,  one can not help but wonder if Nigerians and Africans as a whole, are considering in more numbers to purchase cars and vehicles that are both efficient and good for the environment.

The new MINI D for one starts at $19,000 up and runs 30.3 Kilometres per litre of gas
