Association Of Consulting Engrs, Nigeria Website

I was doing some browsing, as I often do when I am bored  and stumbled upon this beauty (in my opinion anyways ): http://www.acen.org.ng/

The site is so simple, I had to pinch myself and ask, "was this site actually done in Nigeria?  I mean, no flash, no crazy marquees, no gigantic graphics, information easy to find?"  Of course, I have (as usual ) a thing or two against the site but those are very minor and not even worth pointing out.  In fact, I picked up a thing or two that I am thinking of implementing on my next project(s).

Please, for those who I know will likely say something to counter my statement above, I am fully aware that not all web developers in Nigeria are guilty of the above.  So please, don't consider it a blanket statement.

If you know who coded the site, tell am say I say "thank you"
