I agree that women "fake" it and scream during sex and a guy cannot know 100% if she chooses to pretend. But if you are a perceptive guy, you MIGHT sense something is wrong: 1. Screaming should logically come at a heightened phase of sex (orgasm), if you are just "putting" it in or slowly building your rhythm and she is screaming her head of then she is probably faking it. 2. Screaming should also depict excitement from the lady. If she is excited she would be breathing heavier and show other signs of her heart beating faster (you know how you breathe heavy when you run up a flight of stairs etc). If this doesn't tally, then you know she probably isn't feeling you and is feeding your ego or wants you to get it over with. Lastly, if you are making love to a woman's mind as well as body, then she wont feel the need to fake it and pretend. Somedays some women can have multiple orgasms and some days they wont (depending on their mood and different feelings). But if you guys have a good relationship, she should feel free enough to tell you and not feel the need to pretend. Who knows, I am sure i have been getting some fake moans and screams.
