POSITION/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE: (1) Loan Recovery Officers: Ref 001 - •
Between 3-7 years cognate experience in the banking industry or a legal firm reputable in Debt Recovery. The position requires at least 3 years in Loan Recovery at supervisory level. Age: 34 - 40 (Max.).
(2) Relationship Managers (Corporate Banking), Communications Group Ref 002:
In-depth knowledge of Telecommunications/Media/Information Technology, Must have between 7-11 years cognate experience in Corporate Banking. Age: 38-42 (Max.).
(3) Relationship Managers (Corporate Banking), Energy Group Ref: 003:
In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas Sector, Must have between 7-11 years cognate experience in Corporate Banking. In addition, at least 5 years experience in the Energy/Oil & Gas sector. Age: 38-42 (Max.)
Candidates for Positions (1) & (2) should be able to:
Identify customer needs and proactively develop new products and services specifically tailored to meet their needs,
Ensure optimal delivery of services to customers,
Maximize the market share of the bank compared to competition,
Conduct market intelligence and survey of competition activities,
Apply sound judgment in situations where balancing Conflicting demands and taking decisions is important.
(4) Relationship Officers (Corporate Banking), Communications Group Ref 004:
First degree or Higher National Diploma in any discipline. Must have between 3-5 years cognate experience in Corporate Banking.
In addition to the above, candidates for Position (4) must have at least 18 months in the Energy/Oil & Gas sector.

(5) Relationship Officers (Corporate Banking), Energy Group Ref: 005: Same as above.
