(1) HEAD, RESEARCH, PUBLICATIONS & BUSINESS STRATEGY.
Responsibilities for the successful candidate:
• Establish research linkages with NGOs, companies, communities/organizations, institutions, publishers, government agencies and international organizations.
• Be responsible for the strategic research needs of the organization and clients through Information gathering, analysis and documentation of research findings.
• Design appropriate business strategy for the organization’s activities.
• Coordinate some administrative functions of the organization.
• Ensure that the quality and standards of research processes, findings and publications are high.

(2) NETWORK MARKETING OFFICER
Responsibilities for the successful candidate:
• Design a marketing strategy for the Essential Bookshop, Research Library and Publishing Company.
• Market books and other educational materials and support services.
• Market publications at workshops, conferences and seminars.
• Develop a database of potential clients and customers (network list) for marketing of publications.
• Any other related duty which may be assigned to him / her by the Executive Director and the Board
Requirements
1. Head, Research, Publications & Business Strategy: At least, a first degree in the relevant/related fields (e.g. Library Science, Political Science, Social Science, Communication Arts, Law, Humanities, etc) with four years working experience. Computer Literacy is very essential.
2. Network Marketing Officer: A good Diploma or first degree in any field for the position of Network Marketing Officers. Holders of SSCE with good communication and marketing skills can also apply.
