 I don't think he is the right man for the job at all, expecially if you see what he did with Ajax in his 2 years there. Ajax were out of Champions league very early last year and the same thing this year too, they are already out of UEFA Cup this year. So what can he offer Chelsea? NOTHING I GUESS
