I think you omitted the "in" part.  That sentence (and sorry, if it threw you for a loop) meant that at least, we aren't the happiest when it comes to the art and science of 419.

What else is there to do to while away time?  Too bad this is not an Olympic sporting event.  Sex and Religion to escape the depressig feelings of hopelessness in most lives that are barely existing.  We have to find solace some how in something.  In a country where most things shut down by 6PM?  The night is young and the only place to hit is the sack.  You better be happiest in there since most of the "quality" time is spent in the sack. Cheesy

See most developed countries are too busy solving their problems.  Our main problem is to solve "bedroom" matters. Grin  What an award!
