Religion, Medicine And Porn

Is is possible for there to cross the line between religion, medicine and pornography?

Example,

A religious man is diagnosed has having a medical situation in which the doctor, he has to ejaculate (possibly for sample, or to just flsuh his system). Our religious man does not *wank* nor watch porn because of his religion and yet the doctor requires his sperm sample. Is it allowed for him to just peep at porn for a while to enable him ejaculate so that the doc can get the sample or he should tell the doctor to go to Hell?
