System Complains Of Cccommon Files

I scaned my system with a virus cleaner after which my system started misbehaving. Now My files and folders can't open directlty.
It try's to load msword even though it's not a word document. Loading any applicatio porgrame is a problem bc it will prompt u
that "ccCommon " missing and untill i press cancel, cancel and calcel before i could do anything or load files. How can I solve this pro.?
