the issue is kind of complicated,which he might be sentenced 10 yeaRS in prison, i don't think he might go scott free like that, because he was once charged 2 years ago for possession of firearm(unregistered) |

i doubt it, he might spend "some" time, five days in jail or they might dismiss his case like they do to almost all celebrities. his been convicted for the same charge 2 years ago, basically if u are convicted for possession of fire arm (unregistered) once and now caught again, u might end up in prison for the rest of his years, this is not a matter of money or fame, he might be granted bail but not withstanding it can never be dismissed , because its FEDERAL not STATE, |

I just can't think of any reason y T.I. would want those weapons. First of all he's on probation and he wasn't supposed to possess firearms, then a celebrity of T.I.'s calibre shouldn't be anywhere near stuff like that. Thats what he has boys 4. Even if he has beef or its for security he has enough bodyguards that should be the ones in possession of them. The reason he himself has to own those guns I can't understand. I think he's going to go away for a while

Accordin' to what i read somewhere on my friend's blog, he said that the guns whatever do not belong to him. He lives with several body-guards and they have weapons authorized by the government, all d weapons owned by his body-guards are legal. And he pays them like monthly, and that a few days before d incident of his arrest, one of his body-guards asked him to pay him early or whatever and they're really tight so he did, so whatever d man did with d money was none of his business, whether on his family, guns, crack, he didn't know. but he's used to guns around his house. People said that the cops have been on his back for a long time now, lookin' for excuses to tie him down, now they found one. hope they release him tho, i like him.

I doubt if T.I would be released anytime soon. How much can he possibly pay a bodyguard that he would be able to afford those types of weapons, plus what was he doing in the garage picking the weapons up if he didn't pay for them? It's unfortunate but T.I messed up and he is probably going to go down.
He should have just stayed clean it must be simple, people like Ludacris, Dr. Dre, Young Jeezy don't seem to have any problems staying clean.

@chiogo and all why yall people so dumb and extremely ignorant, the guy (T.I) was released on BOND, that dosent mean the CASE has been buried, however anybody can be release on bond regardless of ur status, damn, this is simple arithemetic , *SIGHS* I know but they took longer than was expected to release him. little' wayne was caught with drugs some time ago before T.I's arrest, it was a matter of days and he got released. i guess d cops don't really like T.I. lol
