Iq And Sub Sahara- Africa

Do you believe that we ( black people) have the lowest IQ in the world?
Is this because of our low education rate?
As we seem to be the worst at everything.
We are the poorest, for all the born again, we have the highest HIV infection.
It seem that we were better off being colonise.

I don't want this to be a race issue, I want an educative discursion, so we can learn to progress.
Our leaders seem to get away with their selfish behaviour.
