Rivers State Govt. Pay Corpers Allowances

I want to use this medium to ask fellow Nigerians to please appeal to the River Sate Government to pay the state alllowances of 4 months arrears for Batch B 2006 and 7 months arrears for Batch A 2007. if they know that they can't pay this money why must they make a state policy that all corpers must teach in their secondary schools.
