Africans Are Less Intelligent Than Westerners??

How can you give me a definition from a dictionary says intelligent is having intelligence and also having a high degree of intelligence? isn't there a way of grading intelligence? my line of work is science based. anything with no generally accepted index, or indices, isn't worth arguing about because it is too subjective.

The word INTELLIGENCE from BEGINNING has not has it's use limited to book smarts,  I just posted on another thread how that word IS NOT directly proportional to the number of words you can read and understand but your CAPACITY to use WHAT YOU HAVE TO ACHIEVE WHAT YOU NEED. And if you look around you today, you will notice that the word is even applied to ANIMALS, to MENTALLY RETARDED people who can not even put their own PANTS ON themselves. I am actually in the line of science myself and I know you can measure intelligence TO AN EXTENT but most of the word measure it gauging what is available to what is accomplished.

Again, Watson was not talking of BOOK SMARTS. Even a MOnkey can read.

Thats why those in support of his theory baffles me.

watson is a scientist not an english professor. the intelligence tests i know doesn't just involve calculations But ability to manipulate.(amongst other things)
I'm not asking watson to grade intelligence I'm asking You to give me a generally accepted test(s) or index that grades intelligence so we can measure or assess it an different races. If you give me your own standards then your point is invalid.

I had my undergraduate studies in ibadan my postgrad is currently happening down under if you can figure out where that is!! if you must know i work with foreigners most of the time Unicef/Unesco and all that shit. This boy has left the village and the village has left this guy. I'll  soon be leaving my educationally backward hinterland and I'll be going back to a place where i have no time to browse except for Research work. its been nice exchanging knowledge( Kobojunkie) and absolute hogwash (almondjoy). catch ya in 6 months time. ( provided your skin colour permits you to live long enough ; which happens to be a part of my department's Research.

All the pro Watson ideally comment greatly while the anti Watson defending black race did EXCELLENTLY too. My own view is on the poor state of African system of leadership,
that put all other sectors in bad shape.from physical,economical and social devalue, don't ever imagine our poor state of livinghood.
However, great Mandela,Koffi Anan,Ghaddafi,Pastor Mathew Ashimolowo and Proffessor Wole Soyinka to mention few are greater in intelligent than blood sucker GEORGE BUSH that see no reason why Iraq war should be averted.Is Bush intelligent by KILLING over  a million (still counting) in iraq while Pastor Mathew Ashimolowo is saving souls from perishing.
Issues of intelligent is not academics or environments in comparative assertive. Is all about individual God's gift been put in place to affect his/her immediate communities which blacks have only black single spoted developmental experience and WHITES ARE RULING THEMSELVE ANDS STILL POSITIVELY OR NEGATIVELY AFFECTS BLACK-AFRICANS LAND.Take it or you don't we blacks needs a revolution of leadership that will enhance  a better tomorrow.
