Any City And Guilds Center In Lagos?

Please I have tried in vain to locate centers for C&G in Lagos and environs. please I will need  any info that will lead to the discovery of one.
for some two years I have tried in vain to locate one. recently I even visited the British council office all they could offer is nothing to write about.
so guys any valuable link will be appreciated.
