it depends on your ISP. You should have an e-mail addr. From there it can be configured.
You can use yahoo too like outlook.

by the way, yahoo blocked their free accounts from using outlook express,though u can work this around
by using a small client called ypops.u'll install it nd let it run in the background.google for it.
