Waec & Outstanding

Hello people,
  i did the last waec may/june 2007,just got my result and i don't know if i should start celebrating or otherwise.
   imagine taking 9 subjects and having 4 siezed which the labelled as OUTSTANDING.
  i don't really understand that,some people say outstanding means it will still be released.
  i have some questions that need quick answers.
how soon will it be released?
will it be released?
most results labelled outstanding,are they good or bad when released?
please answer as soon as possible.
   HERE are my grades please tell me if the result is good or bad.

physics-b3
further maths-d7
agric-e8
while english,biology,economics and yoruba are outstanding.
i will be taking jamb next year to study medicine.(need advice)
