The 1 I am most conversant with is Installing Windows XP inside Ubuntu, but ofcourse - if u want Ubuntu inside XP, It's very possible.
You can download VMware Server or Virtual box (recommended) for Windows. .
but the screenshot on ma previous post is Vista and the rest above are Ubuntu screenshots.
Infact, u have just reminded me, I will download vbox for windows now, and try virtualization on Windows.
I would compile a guide shortly, but not on this forum - somewhere else, I would post the Link. .

Ubuntu Ultimate 1.6 is Out!
I have started the downloads, but it will take some times because, I am currently downloading:
Ubuntu Gusty Gibbon DVD 4.23GB and the downloads have not been encouraging!
I started the download for Ubuntu Ultimate 1.6 and so far so good. . .
The download is pretty fast! 
Although, Ubuntu Ultimate 1.6 DVD has not been officially released and announced on TheeMann's site.
We found a way to begin download before the official release. (Thanks to bigbrovar)
